Iced Brown Sugar Latte

We buy from three farms, not thirty. Each harvest is cupped in-house, roasted in single small batches four blocks from the bar, and rested a full week before it touches a portafilter. Nothing on our menu exists because a trend demanded it — only because it survived a slow winter of testing.
